1. Pisco Sour - Peru

The pisco sour is a classic Peruvian cocktail that is typical of the local cuisines in the area, as well as the national drink of Peru. The drink's name comes from pisco, which is its base liquor, and the cocktail term sour, referencing the sour citrus juice and various sweeteners baristas use to craft the cocktail. To make this drink, you’ll need 1 1/2 oz Pisco, 1 Egg white, 1 oz Lemon Juice, and 3/4 oz Simple syrup. Simply shake and strain your contents with or without ice and bitters for a garnish.
2. Old Fashioned - USA

The old-fashioned is a classic American cocktail that is usually made by mixing sweets, bitters, and whiskey. It’s fabled as a classic western drink from the hills and dunes of the Oregon Trail, but in reality, it was created in 1895 in Kentucky. To make this cocktail, you’ll need 1 1/2 oz Bourbon or Rye whiskey, 1 sugar cube, 2 dashes of bitters of your choice, and a splash of water. To prep, this drink, saturate your sugar cube with bitters and add a splash of water. You’ll mix these until they dissolve. Then, fill the glass with ice cubes and add whiskey. For a garnish, feel free to use a slice of orange or a cocktail cherry to compliment the sweet and bitter mixture.
3. Italy - Campari Spritz

Campari is a classic drink straight from the hillsides of Italy. It was invented in the mid-17th century, and to this day, the drink has remained one of the most sought-after for cocktails and casual drinks. Many spinoffs and cocktails have been added to the Campari’s catalog over the years, and today we’re making the Campari spritz. To craft a spritz, you’ll need Campari, Prosecco, and water. Simply add Campari to a glass with ice and stir until cold. After the Campari has chilled, add even parts water and Prosecco until you’re satisfied. Lastly, squeeze a slice of lemon for an extra boost of flavor before serving!
4. Japan - Toji Sake

Sake is a traditional Japanese drink made by fermenting rice that has been polished to remove the bran. The drink originated in Japan right as rice cultivation became popular around 400 BC. Since then, Japanese communities continued to refine the cocktail over time. To make a Toji Sake, you’ll need 2 ounces of the Sake of your choice, 2 diced strawberries, 3/4 ounce of fresh lime juice, 1 ounce of syrup, 1 sprig of mint, and 1 1/2 ounces of seltzer water. To craft this cocktail, you’ll need to stir bits of diced strawberry and your other ingredients until the mix starts to dissolve. After the mixture settles, you can add your sake, mix, and strain. Garnish with a strawberry or lime and you’re set to go!
